    The staff at the front desk were utterly useless. They couldn't understand my requests and were quite rude. Most frustrating was when my room key stopped working, and I was stuck outside in a robe, unable to communicate.

    My second home away from home! The attentive staff made my stay at Mandarin Oriental lovely. The spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and perfect cleanliness were excellent. The Michelin-starred restaurant, Jiang, served mouthwatering Cantonese cuisine that was so nice. The club lounge offered a private library atmosphere with delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Though the location lacked scenic views, its proximity to shopping and public transportation was convenient. Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou is highly recommended.
